The basement closet in the Old Harrington School, in Lexington, Mass., which was used as an isolation/ seclusion room for children as young as 5 years-old. Lexington Public Schools told the New York Times that it was a classroom for "one-on-one meetings between teachers and students . . . with good lighting."
